A three year gradual growth in what is accomplished at each meeting.

- The first year – focuses on discussion. There are a multitude of topics available, and topics for the next meeting may be determined by questions raised at the current meeting.

- The second year - we could add potlucks to our meetings. With the alphabet assignments changed on a rotating basis with regards to the type of dish to bring. This would also tie into individual interpretations of recipes.

- The third year – we would start taking part in special events, such as cooking for the hospitality parties at Pennsic or Estrella or other major wars.

Meeting Notes and Announcements - would be e-mailed and posted on a Guild Web page (which I can provide). Or, when a person provides pre-addressed, stamped envelopes - I can print and mail a copy of the meeting minutes.
